Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of low- and medium-complexity client onboarding and implementation engagements. Lead platform readiness, sequencing, and execution; deliver tailored platform and API demos; and advise clients on mapping requirements to the platform, including trade-offs. Triage and resolve client-raised issues through cross-functional coordination, and manage delivery plans, risks, milestones, workshops, and go-live readiness/handover artifacts.
