Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain automated workflows and integrations across Loft’s SaaS ecosystem using APIs, scripting, and integration tooling.
  • •Improve IT operations through automation of user lifecycle management, access provisioning, configuration, data synchronization, reporting, and repetitive admin workflows.
  • •Administer and improve IAM across hybrid environments using provisioning and authentication workflows (Okta, SCIM, SAML, OAuth/SSO).
  • •Administer and support AWS and VMware infrastructure, including troubleshooting, migrations, patching, upgrades, and capacity management.
  • •Partner with Security and business teams to automate security controls, troubleshoot complex cross-system issues, and improve reliability via documentation, reusable tooling, and disaster recovery planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional IT experience with hands-on platform, systems, infrastructure, applications engineering, DevOps, or IT automation.
  • •Strong experience integrating and automating SaaS applications via APIs (e.g., NetSuite, Atlassian Cloud, HRIS, GitLab, Google Workspace).
  • •Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar to convert manual ops into reliable workflows.
  • •Hands-on IAM experience using Okta, SCIM, SAML, OAuth/SSO, including automated user provisioning.
  • •Experience administering AWS (IAM, EC2, WorkSpaces, VPC, directory integrations) and troubleshooting VMware vSphere/ESXi (or comparable virtualization).
