Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for all Identity Risk Solutions, including dashboard products, APIs, and pre-built partner integrations.
  • •Conduct market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for your products, including competitive research, analyst engagement, and direct work with strategic customers.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration across Checkr: partner with Product Marketing for GTM, work with other product teams for integrations, and align with Business Development for embedding solutions in partner apps.
  • •Build and prioritize a multi-release feature roadmap.
  • •Champion the customer by being the voice of strategic customers and building meaningful, personal relationships.
  • •Measure product success and impact, identify opportunities for expansion, and iterate based on data.
  • •Represent Checkr as a product expert in customer meetings, industry events, and community platforms.
