Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on employment matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations while directing stakeholders to positive outcomes.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and accurate employee records.
  • •Act as a first point of escalation for employee relations cases, track progress, and drive process improvements and automation using HRIS and evolving tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong employee relations knowledge, including progressive discipline and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment law and industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and develop practical recommendations.
  • •Superior written and spoken English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
