Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute engagement strategy across NATO and Defence organizations within EMEA.
  • •Build and maintain deep knowledge of NATO structures, agencies, commands, programmes, procurement processes, and decision frameworks.
  • •Map complex organizations to identify key stakeholders, decision makers, and technology owners, and maintain trusted relationships across the Defence ecosystem.
  • •Provide market insight into Defence priorities, procurement trends, and competitive positioning; identify emerging programmes and opportunities for Fortinet’s Defence cybersecurity objectives.
  • •Coordinate customer engagement with regional sales teams and partners (Systems Engineering, Government Affairs, Channel, Alliances), supporting executive briefings and Defence events.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience working within or alongside NATO, Defence organizations, government security agencies, or the wider Defence ecosystem.
  • •Strong understanding of NATO organizational structures, governance models, procurement processes, and decision-making dynamics.
  • •Established relationships and credibility with Defence stakeholders and decision makers.
  • •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and identify where strategic technology decisions are made.
  • •Strong cybersecurity and secure networking understanding with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
