Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units using required regulations and matching against turn-in documentation.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, including generating/reviewing shipping documentation and coordinating schedules/loading/dispatch.
  • •Maintain accurate logs and records of inbound/outbound shipments, file reports, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and auditing standards.
  • •Update Army logistics and transportation systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II) with receipt and shipment transactions.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and Army unit supply personnel to resolve discrepancies and provide shipment/receipt status to site supervisors and the COR.

Salary: USD 22.49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred; an Associate’s in logistics or supply is a plus.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and logistics systems is highly desirable.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational/recordkeeping skills.
  • •Must have a Real ID and be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public Trust) background eligibility; must pass background checks and drug testing.
