Job Summary

Safely unload incoming trucks and accurately match products to purchase orders while completing receiving and inventory updates in the ERP system. Monitor the dock for vendors, organize materials in designated receiving areas, and maintain proper receipt order. Read and interpret shipping and order documents, perform basic computer tasks using EPICOR, support inventory management, and keep the workspace clean and compliant with 5S and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the dock for vendors and sign for received items.
•Unload trucks using forklift, pallet jack, and/or by hand.
•Organize materials in designated receiving areas and receive in order of receipt.
•Use basic computer skills and the ERP system (EPICOR) for receiving and inventory control.
•Maintain 5S standards, apply inventory management fundamentals, and follow all safety protocols.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in warehouse receiving or a similar role preferred.
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and ability to read and interpret documents.
•Ability to read and write English and understand purchase orders, Bill of Lading, pick lists, and sales orders.
•Forklift competency, tape measure familiarity, and basic computer operations.
•Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
