Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational execution across shipments, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Move throughout the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, resolving client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constantly in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house.
