Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and set the direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise for team projects.
  • •Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs.
  • •Develop test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
  • •Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
  • •Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors, run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with DRAM operation and common understanding of DRAM behavior.
  • •Digital design and verification expertise, including SystemVerilog/UVM and RTL design plus synthesis.
  • •Ability to simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full chip designs and provide verification support to design projects.
  • •Familiarity with verification test development such as creating test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage.
  • •Nice to have: Static Timing Analysis and timing-driven place & route layout familiarity.
