Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Boutique Director with day-to-day management, ensuring operational excellence and business performance.
  • •Deputize for the Boutique Director on the floor when required and maintain a strong on-floor presence.
  • •Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience across the client journey in line with brand standards.
  • •Lead client development and clienteling: manage client portfolios, support client acquisition and engagement, and monitor client progression initiatives.
  • •Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion; manage CRM/database, floor coordination, stock management, merchandising standards, and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
  • •Proven experience as a top-performing Senior Client Consultant or in a similar leadership role within a luxury environment.
  • •Experience engaging HNW or VIC clientele with a strong client-centric mindset.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support the performance of others.
  • •Proficiency with retail tools and CRM systems.
