Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Lime’s Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and revenue platform. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering with best practices in configuration, Extensions, and data integrity.
•Design and configure core processes across Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger, owning cross-module architecture and accounting impacts.
•Define usage billing and transaction/event models (metering inputs, mediation/aggregation, rating, breakage, billing sync) and translate revenue policy into system design for ASC 606/IFRS 15 scenarios.
•Own subledger-to-GL architecture and reconciliations across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL, including journal design, summarization, close support, and alignment with NetSuite GL.
•Architect boundary system integrations, lead implementation phases (fit-gap through hypercare), mentor engineers, and support production on-call (troubleshooting, escalation, documentation).

Key Requirements

•10+ years of ERP engineering experience, including 7+ years architecting and developing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
•Deep techno-functional expertise across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger for OTC and revenue solutions.
•Experience designing scalable usage-based billing, deferred revenue, contract modifications, reconciliations, and high-volume accounting integrations in compliance-driven environments.
•Strong hands-on integration experience connecting Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, tax engines, CRM/CLM, and external GL/reporting ecosystems.
