External Supply Chain Services Coordinator

Coordinate external warehouse, delivery, and installation service providers by providing administrative support, tracking partner compliance (contracts, SOPs, COIs, certifications), and monitoring customer satisfaction scorecards. Audit invoicing and validate costs to support accurate vendor billing, manage freight and property damage claims, and drive corrective actions to resolution. Provide coverage for delivery and install planning while maintaining organized documentation, trackers, and follow-up routines in a fast-paced environment.
