  • •7+ years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies.
  • •5+ years of experience leading product teams.
  • •Proven hands-on technical execution with ability to reason about root causes and drive complex engineering problems to resolution.
  • •Ability to inspire and elevate a technical team through personal technical credibility and a consistently high engineering bar.
