Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations across all programs at their worksite, coordinating with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Design, implement, and evaluate programs supporting employee professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals.
  • •Develop and establish operating policies, ensuring their execution and compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Oversee operational phases including schedules of contractors, contract negotiation and preparation, cost estimation, risk management, legal documentation, and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant supervisory position and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and oversight of construction projects to complete work efficiently and on time.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maintain profitability.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required to succeed in the role.
