Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently drive verification architecture, methodology, and execution for Data Center Networking IPs and systems.
  • •Architect, design, and develop testbench infrastructure and verification environments for complex networking IP and systems.
  • •Create comprehensive verification plans, test plans, coverage plans, and assertions; build block-level and multi-block verification environments using System Verilog/UVM.
  • •Define and analyze coverage metrics, run regressions, debug failures, and manage overall regression health.
  • •Collaborate with architects, designers, and cross-functional teams; mentor junior team members and support board-level debug as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in EE/EC/CS.
  • •7+ years of hands-on experience in IP/SoC/ASIC verification.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • •Experience with high-speed, complex protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, and RoCE / NVMe-oF.
  • •Ability to create verification plans, test plans, coverage plans, and assertions; build reusable testbench infrastructure and environments.
