Bring experience in real estate brokerage, sales, or agent development, plus course creation and facilitation/coaching skills, in a fast-moving, agent-first environment.

•Ensure Huspy’s real estate training curriculum grows, remains relevant, and is updated regularly.
•Oversee implementation of comprehensive training programs for new agents.
•Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback to refine materials.
•Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices to keep Huspy Academy a leader in real estate education.

Key Requirements

•Experience in training, preferably with a background in real estate brokerage, sales, business development, or agent development.
•Proven expertise in course/curriculum development, facilitation, or coaching.
•Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles for professional learners.
•Self-starter who can build and scale educational programs from the ground up.
