Coordinate handovers by communicating with kitchen vendors and the rider, maintaining urgency across the kitchen team. Ensure all equipment stays clean and in excellent working condition, follow cleaning schedules, and help resolve operational issues. Monitor kitchen utilities availability and stay in regular contact with the kitchen Ops coordinator.
