Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Customer App in Tanzania, coordinating feature rollouts, running testing cycles, conducting customer interviews, and translating insights into product requirements.
  • •Track key Customer App metrics in Tanzania and flag issues or opportunities to the Product Owner.
  • •Own the Sales App in Tanzania by coordinating rollouts with field agents and sales management, running structured testing, and documenting and resolving issues.
  • •Conduct feedback sessions with field agents, monitor app usage in the field, and ensure Tanzania-specific process requirements are captured in the product backlog.
  • •Lead or support ad-hoc product projects end-to-end for Tanzania, including vendor/IT alignment, risk/blocker escalation, progress tracking, and handover of operational processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, telecommunications, fintech, digital products, or a similar role.
  • •Experience managing mobile applications, product rollouts, UAT/user testing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Ability to gather customer feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.
  • •Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools like Jira or Confluence.
