Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and monitor the purchasing process for aircraft spare parts based on maintenance plans and ad-hoc requests.
  • •Place and track orders required for maintenance events.
  • •Ensure materials comply with aviation standards and provide availability information to the maintenance team.
  • •Perform operational procurement and logistics tasks related to material supply.
  • •Manage spare inventory according to group policy and goals, including master and transactional data management.

Key Requirements

  • •Any experience or a few years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or aviation.
  • •Knowledge of logistics and purchasing processes.
  • •Advanced user proficiency in IT, including skills in an ERP system and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (advanced level).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (engineering background preferred).
