Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a welcoming patient experience and support new patient activity through outbound calls to schedule hearing tests and consultations.
  • •Support the Hearing Care Professional with patient engagement, follow-up, retention, referrals, and repeat business.
  • •Conduct community outreach by building relationships with physicians, referral sources, community organizations, businesses, senior groups, and local partners.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic’s daily schedule, and complete insurance benefit verification and authorization requirements.
  • •Provide first-level patient support (check-in/out, questions, collect and process payments) and handle patient order processing, verification, and pickup coordination.
