Key Responsibilities

•Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
•Maintain knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV) and general EV systems.
•Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three Cs).
•Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
•Communicate and collaborate with service team members and customers; demonstrate and teach learned skills to others.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
•Red Seal 310S.

•EPA 609 Certification and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.
