Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including S-1, 10-K, and 10-Q filings.
  • •Lead close-to-reporting processes to ensure reconciliations to source records, document variances, and maintain accurate, repeatable reporting.
  • •Support XBRL tagging and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations to align reporting inputs and resolve issues across end-to-end reporting workflows.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact with external auditors, coordinating audit requests and supporting efficient completion of audit procedures.

  • •7+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years at a big 4 audit firm, with progressive SEC reporting experience at a public company.
