Corporate Development Associate (FIG investment banking - Financial Services Consulting)

Lead FIG investment banking and financial services consulting efforts to support corporate development, M&A, strategic partnerships, and venture investments. Own financial modeling and valuation work, perform complex GAAP and regulatory financial analysis, and support end-to-end deal execution from sourcing and diligence through structuring, closing, and post-close monitoring. Coordinate diligence across internal teams and external advisors while preparing investment materials and transaction reporting for senior executives.
