Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and conduct fitting days in the field for their territory.
  • •Maintain fitting tools and keep accurate fitting records.
  • •Organize orders from fitting days to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for account requests pertaining to fitting days and follow-up.
  • •Engage with customers through one-on-one fittings and support brand events and VIP fittings.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • •Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
  • •Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
  • •Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and conduct 40-50 events per year; willingness to work weekends.
