Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor, including floor set updates and supply management
  • •Partner on operations-focused directives, projects, budgets/expenses, and ensure safe, efficient store operations
