Job Summary

Lead teams in a Carvana Inspection Center by managing the safe flow of vehicles into and out of the site while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and vehicle quality. Train associates on Standardized Work and 5s, coach first-time repair completion, and use IMS reporting to troubleshoot misses and inefficiencies.

•Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
•Lead production associates and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
•Train the team on Standardized Work and 5s, and implement best practices to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time.
•Use IMS reporting to identify and problem-solve for misses, issues, and inefficiencies; manage time and attendance and drive team development through feedback.
