Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commissioning technical leadership with the region and ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, schedule and profit
  • •Lead all phases of commissioning from design through post-occupancy and develop commissioning specifications, plans, procedures, and content
  • •Interface with clients to manage schedules, meetings and issues, and advise senior management on project status
  • •Identify and lead key pursuits, develop win strategies, and contribute to commissioning proposals and pricing
  • •Develop and mentor junior to senior staff, manage timesheets, leave approvals, and monitor team performance and progress toward goals

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Demonstrated track record in managing the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplined institutional projects
  • •Demonstrated track record in winning new work from both new and existing clients
  • •Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required
  • •Preferred: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), TS Security Clearance or ability to be cleared
