Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of data access controls on the HK data platform to enhance security, mitigate risks, and prevent data leakage.
  • •Facilitate data management initiatives and projects to transition business and functional areas into a data-centric organization.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to align program deliverables with the bank’s data strategy.
  • •Manage the metadata process and enable business self-service capabilities on the HK data platform while streamlining metadata management.
  • •Provide expertise on data quality implementation, monitor data quality for HK business processes, and assist process owners with remediation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in business process re-engineering.
  • •3-5 years of data management experience and 5-10 years in data-related program/project and change management.
  • •Strong understanding of data management principles and an operational control framework.
  • •Experience with data management areas including metadata management, data quality control, data modeling, data security, and data access controls.
  • •Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
