•Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and the assigned department.
•Explain and perform upselling of all items offered by the department and offer alternatives.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with opening/closing procedures as required.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in a similar hostess/guest service role.
•Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel.
•English - excellent communication skills.
•Strong personal grooming and professional appearance.
•Ability to upsell and explain menu items when appropriate.
