  • •Own and execute full lifecycle recruiting for strategic and niche roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • •Lead or contribute to recruiting programs and process optimization projects to improve efficiencies and scale.
  • •Mentor and coach junior and mid-level recruiters and help operationalize recruiting initiatives like sourcing strategies and pipeline-building.

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, including full lifecycle hiring, research, and sourcing.
  • •At least 3 years of client management experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •Experience balancing complex recruiting searches with strategic influence and stakeholder engagement.
