Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Engineering PMO strategy, operating model, governance framework, and project management standards.
  • •Establish project delivery methodologies, project controls, stage-gate processes, and portfolio management practices, including executive steering and portfolio governance.
  • •Build and develop the project management and capital program organization, coaching and mentoring project teams across matrixed functions.
  • •Own resource planning, risk/change management, and issue resolution for the portfolio, including organizational readiness for major changes.
  • •Direct major capital projects from concept through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout while driving value realization and ROI accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years leading capital projects, engineering programs, manufacturing initiatives, or operational transformation efforts.
  • •7+ years leading project portfolios, PMOs, capital programs, or engineering organizations.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex capital projects from concept development through commissioning, startup, and benefit realization.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering design, project development, project controls, construction management, commissioning, and operational readiness.
