Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change readiness efforts for integrations of new offices into AMS and CRM platforms.
  • •Assess impacts of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups and implement change management strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • •Organize and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to drive completion.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate planning/activities for impact analysis, change readiness, and adoption measurement.
  • •Design communications and coordinate training and development activities, including evaluation and continuous improvement based on lessons learned.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •3+ years of consulting experience coordinating work in change management, project management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness, and/or user adoption.
  • •Experience with mid-to-large scale enterprise organizations.
  • •Ability to assess the impact of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups.
  • •Applied Epic and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
