Job Summary

Lead cross-functional teams to create and deliver business-driving data products for a bank-wide product and services framework. Translate business requirements into data/product specifications, define and champion the data product roadmap, and collaborate with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to launch scalable, secure, compliant solutions. Measure success with KPIs, optimize performance, and communicate updates and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate business requirements into detailed data, product specifications, and technical requirements.
•Collaborate with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to develop and launch data products.
•Define and champion the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for data products with the Data Product Owner.
•Develop and maintain product roadmap/backlog, and prioritize features based on feedback, market needs, and business goals.
•Develop documentation and ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant; monitor KPIs and communicate performance to stakeholders.

Salary: USD 83,200 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
•At least 6 years of experience in data governance, product management, business analysis, data engineering, data science, or related field, with at least 3 years focused on data products or data-driven initiatives.
•Experience working with multiple functional teams and engaging closely with the business.
•Ability to lead cross-functional partners across project phases and serve as the go-to point person for business data needs.
•Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills to generate insights from data and translate them into actionable changes.
