Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into detailed data, product specifications, and technical requirements.
  • •Collaborate with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to develop and launch data products.
  • •Define and champion the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for data products with the Data Product Owner.
  • •Develop and maintain product roadmap/backlog, and prioritize features based on feedback, market needs, and business goals.
  • •Develop documentation and ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant; monitor KPIs and communicate performance to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in data governance, product management, business analysis, data engineering, data science, or related field, with at least 3 years focused on data products or data-driven initiatives.
  • •Experience working with multiple functional teams and engaging closely with the business.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional partners across project phases and serve as the go-to point person for business data needs.
  • •Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills to generate insights from data and translate them into actionable changes.
