Key Responsibilities

•Drive technical innovation to improve AMD’s manageability capabilities across product development and validation, including software tools and script development, methodology enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.
•Convert feature specifications into test cases (manual and automated) covering boundary, negative, and functional testing.
•Lead collaboration with multiple teams to validate new software features and OS introductions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
•Coordinate debugging efforts and drive issues to closure, maintaining clear documentation and status updates.
•Mentor others to achieve integrated projects and deliver regular progress updates toward program goals

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
•10+ years of firmware development experience with strong system and BIOS knowledge
•Strong C/C++ programming skills and experience with RTOS
•Hands-on knowledge of kernel/module/driver development, debugging on Linux (embedded preferred), RTOS and FreeRTOS
•Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, drive tasks to completion, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
