Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute AML-related tasks, identify and document compliance risks, and implement solutions aligned with established policies and procedures.
  • •Collaborate with business units to understand business models and risk exposures; detect suspicious transactions and help develop transaction monitoring rules.
  • •Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
  • •Support development and ongoing enhancement of transaction monitoring policies and procedures, including rule validation, system optimization, and underlying data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Internship experience in payments, data analysis, or related fields.
  • •Data analytical skills with practical knowledge of SQL/Excel and other analysis tools.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
