Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage semiconductor equipment and perform technical evaluations to monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes.
  • •Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve workstations and apply structured troubleshooting for process or equipment issues.
  • •Monitor process indicators (e.g., SPC charts, dashboards, alarms) to identify unusual situations and take appropriate action.
  • •Collect, review, and document production and process data using computer-based systems to support output, quality, and traceability.
  • •Conduct technical experiments and run process tests, then prepare data visualizations to identify yield and process trends.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • •Availability for 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), with flexibility to move between shifts or work overtime; ability to work Night shift.
  • •Ability to wear cleanroom garments (approximately 20%) and occasional PPE such as chemical aprons and face shields.
  • •Proficiency in applying AI technologies such as Copilot and Claude.
  • •Associate degree or equivalent experience, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
