Key Responsibilities

  • •Design content AI training and inference architecture to improve development efficiency, performance, scalability, and stability.
  • •Build low-latency, highly available content understanding inference architecture for online and offline training and inference.
  • •Analyze training and inference architecture performance and optimize LLM efficiency on GPU-based systems.
  • •Track and apply cutting-edge technologies to upgrade the team’s technical architecture and expand content understanding use cases.
  • •Collaborate with teammates to support global users and address challenges of globalized architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • •Familiar with high-concurrency content processing systems and proficient with distributed frameworks (Flink/Spark) and message queues (Kafka/Pulsar).
  • •Strong programming capabilities with good code design and style; familiarity with at least one language: C++/Python/Java.
  • •Strong interest in large model training, inference, and optimization; relevant experience preferred.
