•Drive the QA roadmap and define/executing quality strategy across product development stages.
•Identify systemic gaps in CI/CD and design scalable automated solutions to improve release reliability and speed.
•Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
•Develop comprehensive test strategies (automated and manual) for regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
•Triage complex defects, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor QA engineers to elevate a continuous-improvement quality culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of software testing experience, including 3+ years focused on test automation.

•Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO, CodeceptJS, and Cypress, including designing maintainable test automation frameworks.
•Experience with API testing and frontend UI automation, plus performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, k6) and observability/APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace).
