Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, motivate, and mentor the electrical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blankers, automation equipment, and related machinery.
  • •Inspect and diagnose electrical system failures, and perform repairs on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of electrical malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life while ensuring OSHA and other safety compliance.
  • •Train technicians and operators on electrical systems and troubleshooting; maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment performance data, and parts inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; additional education or apprenticeship is a plus.
  • •7+ years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line and blanker operations.
  • •Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and repairing complex stamping machinery.
