Job Summary

Lead internal client engagements by managing deadlines, deliverables, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communications under an Engagement Manager. Support existing clients with key account management while coaching junior team members, overseeing daily task execution, and contributing to business development and pitches.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete client engagements including deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting, conflict management, and stakeholder management under an Engagement Manager.
•Analyze customer needs and develop creative concepts to best serve them.
•Provide support to existing clients with efficient key account management and coach more junior project team members.
•Oversee daily operations of assigned tasks until completion and manage communications and project timelines.
•Contribute to business development and client pitches, and support internal knowledge sharing and team activities within Allianz Consulting.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•At least 3 years of relevant insurance industry and/or consulting experience (preferably Life Insurance or Asset segments).
•Project Management and Change-Management experience.
•Knowledge of Project and Program Management methods, process development, and continuous improvement.
•Fluency in written and spoken German and English, with advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
