Key Responsibilities

•Be the relay of the Sephora Collection brand and central teams to the North America zone, ensuring optimal communication and adapting global guidelines to local market needs through cross-department collaboration.
•Represent the NA region internally to the central Sephora Collection, monitor operational needs (country orders, samples, visual requests, quality feedback) and share best practices and local needs.
•Analyze the business and master the North American market by country, track performance, monitor competition, and identify growth opportunities with proposed initiatives.
•Support daily forecast reviews for product launches, manage samples, and assist with category management and local activation plans to ensure successful execution by markets.
•Coordinate and communicate effectively between central and regional teams, ensuring fluid information exchange and alignment of global directives with market specifics.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills to facilitate clear, effective interactions across multiple departments and regions.
•Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams across central and regional areas.
•Solid analytical skills and rigor to monitor performance, forecasts, and market insights.
•Proficiency in English is essential; French language skills are a plus for local coordination.
•Interest in business development, market analysis, and cross-functional project support.
