Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a retail technology authority (Cisco Vision and intelligent retail analytics) and represent Cisco at industry conferences and executive events.
  • •Translate retail operational feedback into product requirements by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Customer Experience teams.
  • •Drive adoption of Cisco Vision by developing repeatable deployment strategies and delivering tailored technical demos, presentations, and collateral.
  • •Collaborate with sales, partners, and customer success to support technical readiness and strengthen deployment methodologies.
  • •Document successful deployments into case studies and translate lessons learned into product improvements and training content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with relevant experience.
  • •Experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
  • •Experience creating technical marketing content such as white papers, deployment guides, and customer-facing collateral.
  • •Ability to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to C-level and technical audiences annually.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting large customer deployments or technical implementations at scale (preferred).
