Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end internal strategic projects by reviewing and redesigning Ebury’s core operating processes, starting with client onboarding.
  • •Quantify value lost in the current state and design a deliverable target state plus the business case behind it.
  • •Support corporate strategy and M&A activities including market mapping, target screening, competitive/landscape analysis, and due diligence.
  • •Develop valuation and synergy models and produce Board/ExCo/investment committee materials to inform recommendations.
  • •Plan and lead post-merger integration workstreams across operating model, systems, people, clients, and regulatory permissions, including Day 1 readiness and the 100-day plan.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of management consulting experience, ideally at a Big 4 firm or comparable strategy/transaction advisory practice.
  • •A track record of owning workstreams end to end: problem definition, analysis, recommendation, and client sign-off.
  • •Strong analytical toolkit including structured problem solving, financial modelling, advanced Excel, and comfort working with imperfect data.
  • •Executive-grade written and verbal communication, including PowerPoint suited to a Board audience.
  • •A degree in a numerate or analytical discipline, with fluent English and daily collaboration across global stakeholders.
