Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technician staff in the production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance
  • •Apply knowledge in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair during manufacturing operations
  • •Utilize hand tools, assembly tooling and general manufacturing equipment
  • •Follow documented build instructions and ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks
  • •Prioritize work activities to achieve on-time delivery goals and manage multiple priorities

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
  • •Prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • •Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau)
  • •A full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principals, and change management (ECOs)
  • •Can interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics, etc.)
