Assistant Manager Operational Risk (UAE National)

Support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework across the bank, identifying, assessing, and reporting operational risks to ensure effective monitoring, timely remediation, and compliance with internal standards and regulator requirements. Collaborate with ORM teams, vendors, and business units to strengthen controls and reduce reputational risk. Contribute to training and governance processes and deliver periodic risk reports to senior management and committees.
