Lead the Design Excellence function across a hospitality portfolio, setting the creative and technical design agenda from strategy through delivery. Serve as the senior design authority to ensure each asset delivers distinctive, high-quality, and commercially robust environments aligned with Qiddiya’s vision. Own design principles, consultant governance, design reviews, and technical oversight through design and construction, while embedding ESG and Vision 2030 priorities and mentoring teams to continuously improve standards.
