Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support construction-stage sustainability services across multiple UAE projects, including regular site inspections and observation reporting.
  • •Review material submittals, shop drawings, contractor method statements, and sustainability implementation plans for certification and sustainability compliance.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to obtain required documentation and evidence for certification submissions and authority approvals.
  • •Monitor site sustainability topics including construction waste management, IAQ measures, erosion and sedimentation control, and environmental compliance.
  • •Track sustainability compliance through construction trackers, NCRs, close-out reports, and support handover and construction-phase documentation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • •3–6 years of sustainability consulting and/or construction supervision experience in the UAE/GCC.
  • •Experience with green building certifications such as LEED, Estidama Pearl, WELL, Mostadam, Fitwel, and Al Sa’fat.
  • •Experience reviewing construction material submittals and contractor documentation, including compliance review and evidence gathering.
  • •Strong communication and report-writing skills; ability to manage multiple projects and urgent site requirements simultaneously.
