Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute complex, high-stakes analyses including deep-dive investigations and statistical modeling.
  • •Guide and unblock the team on difficult technical problems such as query optimization and messy/ambiguous datasets.
  • •Write advanced, performant SQL for large datasets using techniques like multi-table joins and window functions.
  • •Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines in partnership with data engineering and reason about upstream data quality.
  • •Set and enforce technical standards (code review, data quality checks, analytical rigor, documentation) and mentor analysts on hard problems.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in complex, high-volume datasets.
  • •2+ years leading or mentoring analysts on technically difficult work.
  • •Expert-level SQL, including window functions and query optimization across large/messy schemas.
  • •Experience with cloud data warehouse/lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • •Strong statistics foundation including experimentation design, hypothesis testing, and regression.
