Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in structuring, coordinating and monitoring project activities, budgets and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and compliance
  • •Consolidate data for monthly reviews and dashboards, supporting finance and project governance
  • •Help prepare bids and project responses (bids) and support the administration of project management tools
  • •Back-up support for project management tools (Primavera, Deviprop, etc.) administration and data integrity
  • •Coordinate and track KPI, EVM and performance indicators across the portfolio and ensure timely lessons learned and action tracking

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management or technical field
  • •3-7 years of PMO or complex project management experience, ideally in aerospace/defense/tech and international environment
  • •Strong budget management, scheduling and project reporting skills (Primavera, MSP, advanced Excel)
  • •Experience with government/public funding projects and R&T
  • •Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
