Key Responsibilities

  • •Build full-stack solutions across Stripe’s ecosystem, including backend services, dashboard interfaces, money movement systems, and integrations.
  • •Partner with product management and design to ship high-impact features that increase user autonomy and reduce friction.
  • •Use analytical skills to dive into data, test hypotheses, set success metrics, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and SLOs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally across platform and product teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities seamlessly.
  • •Engage directly with users, especially large enterprises, to understand needs and translate requirements into new product shapes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience with a computer science background and hands-on development expertise.
  • •Be AI-native and comfortable autonomously solving problems with agentic AI tools.
  • •Proven experience coaching and developing senior and staff-level individual contributors.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading initiatives spanning multiple teams to influence tech roadmap planning and execution.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for structuring ambiguous concepts clearly.
